Together with your coach you will work through a step-by-step program that evolves over the 12 weeks, empowering you to create a healthier life-style in body, mind and spirit.

During the weekly one-hour sessions you will learn how to move beyond diets, calorie counting and deprivation to a place where you get to love yourself and food once again.
