My biggest struggle with maintaining my weight is saying NO to the types of behaviours that increase the kilos. This means not saying No to the in between snacking, No to the exercise procrastination and excuses, No to the eating food that is not good for me. Reflections on Body Image – new report out

The BBC this morning reported on a new study, Reflections on Body Image, which was released this week, stating that negative body image is a serious problem in the UK, and I personally think in other countries as well. Some facts stated: Girls as young as 5 now worry about how they look Cosmetic surgery rates have increased by nearly 20% since 2008 About half of girls and up to a third of boys have dieted to lose weight What a worry!
